Pineau white vinegar with saffron from Charente is made from oak barrels - old Cognac containers (without additives, preservatives and unfiltered: a slight deposit is therefore natural).
This rare and delicate artisan vinegar is traditionally made in the cellars of my canning workshop from a remarkable Pineau des Charentes to saffron charente.
A slow natural acettification, also carried out in barrels, allowed him to preserve all the richness of the aromas as well as the sweetness characteristic of the wonderful wine of liquor from which it comes.
